Selection Results for Darmasiswa RI Scholarship (Academic Year 2026/2027)

Warmest congratulations to all applicants selected for the Darmasiswa RI Scholarship Program, Academic Year 2026/2027!

Please be advised that all selection results have now been uploaded. Applicants can check their official acceptance status by logging into their respective Darmasiswa Portal accounts. The status shown on your account is the official and final decision of the Selection Committee.

Mandatory Actions for Selected Awardees

If your portal status shows that you have been selected, please carefully review and complete the following onboarding steps:

  1. Portal Confirmation
  • Log in, go to Dashboard > Announcement, and click “Accept” to confirm your offer.
  • Report your selection status to the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate General (KBRI/KJRI) in your home country and sign the official Darmasiswa Acceptance Contract.
  1. Confirmation Deadline
  • Deadline: 25 July 2026, 18:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time)
  • Important: Failure to click “Accept” on the portal and notify the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate General by this deadline will be recorded as an automatic, formal withdrawal from the program.
  1. Coordination with Host Universities & Visa Requirements
  • Selected awardees must promptly contact their assigned host university to begin the next steps, including visa facilitation and tentative arrival arrangements.
  1. Official Withdrawal Procedure
  • If you decide not to take up the scholarship, submit a formal written letter of resignation to both the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate General and the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (MoPSE) no later than 31 July 2026.
  1. Flight Itinerary Submission
  • Before finalizing travel arrangements, awardees are strongly encouraged to consult with the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate General (KBRI/KJRI/KRI) in their home country as well as their assigned host university. Once booked, submit your confirmed flight itinerary to both the Embassy/Consulate General and MoPSE at least 3 weeks before your departure date to Indonesia.
  1. Insurance Requirement
  • Awardees must hold valid international health and risk insurance covering the full duration of their study period in Indonesia.
  1. Baggage Responsibility
  • Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings at all times. MoPSE holds no liability for lost or damaged luggage before or upon arrival in Indonesia.
  1. Operational Adjustments
  • Detailed implementation policies may be subject to minor adjustments based on field conditions and administrative requirements.

To Applicants Not Selected This Academic Year

If your portal status shows that you were not selected for this intake, we sincerely thank you for your interest in Indonesian language and culture. Due to the high volume of applications worldwide and limited quotas, the selection process was highly competitive. The decision is final, but we truly appreciate your enthusiasm and encourage you to apply again for future Darmasiswa intakes.
